[ A New Book on Homeopathic Health]

Hello!

I've been looking for a book or a article that differentiates clearly the differences between the Headache remedies... This is a new book that has possibilities. As it's new, I thought you all might be interested in it. I have no financial interest in it, but have family members that have headache issues, so the subject interests me. If anyone DOES have a chart or paper that differentiates the remedies indicated for headaches - that they'd be willing to share with me, I'd be ever so grateful.

Hope this books subject interests you as well.

Thanks in advance!

Jennifer

You will find enclosed, in the attachment, a homeopathic cure of Migraines. This case is an excerpt from my new book on homeopathic health, “A Medicine That Cures.” As a first time author I am finding it very difficult and expensive to promote this book on my own, so I am writing in hope that you could help with my promotion.
If you like what you read in my case of Migraines as well as what you read on the website, would you please consider the following: Ask your members in the study group if they would put my website (http://billwoford.tatepublishing.net ) on their “facebook” or “myspace” page. This would be a good opportunity for my book to get some great exposure with the friends on each member’s page (whether it is on facebook or myspace or another one, at no cost to the member). As a 77 year old senior I just don’t seem to be the computer socializing type of person. My new book, “A Medicine That Cures” is written for the general public to introduce this audience to homeopathy in hope that they will start having their ills “cured” by a homeopathic remedy rather than suppressed by conventional medicine. When patients start using a homeopath to Cure their ills they will need my book so they can find their own Delusions and Fears to take to the homeopathic practitioner or physician to be used in the interview. Homeopaths need the patients’ Delusions and Fears so they can find the “Perfect Homeopathic Remedy” on the first prescription, 100 percent of the time (both repertories of Delusions and Fears are included in my book, “A Medicine That Cures”).
I have pledged a portion of my book royalty to the National Center for Homeopathy (NCH). Additionally, if my book is a huge monetary success then I will sponsor students to a homeopathic school (which school would be determined later). I will look to the study groups to select a qualified student (someone who couldn’t afford it on their own, but eager to learn homeopathy). Each study group could impose other criteria as appropriate.
If you could help with promotion of my new book, I think we could, working united, propel homeopathy to a public recognition it so richly deserves.

Hi -

I have found the Headache book by Hughes of good help. But most of the cases can be handled by the standard repertories -Kent and Knerr are my favorites- and a therapeutics book like Lilienthal's.

In headaches it might be useful to have a differential diagnosis book, I would recommend some thing that was published about 80 years back or so apart from a new one. The old one some times deals with the symptoms much better ( instead of relying on just the scans and lab tests) and uses the language that easily maps to repertories. For example what would the location of the pain indicate... pain in temples vs pain in vertex...

I have used pain in vertex to go for the rubric hysterical headache for example so on and so forth... Sometimes it is better to come to a process or system diagnosis , like what systems might be affected, is it a nervous or vascular headache etc. to repertorize instead of just using the symptoms directly.

sure could, and so can all the different headaches that are described in Boericke and lilienthal. Even Raue's Special Pathology has some good pointers to use.

Take any old text book and you could get good differentiators. I once ran a pathology class for a group of homeopaths - we met every week and went over the different pathological rubrics - many of them - and discussed the description and how it would present. We used a DD book published in 1920s and it was so good. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the book and a friend of mine to whom I bequeathed it when I moved to US either has lost it or misplaced it and could not find it.
