Would title correspond with the competency of a homeopath?

DIHom, DHOM, DHM
These are some of the titles I have come across. Please help me understand what they stand for.
When choosing a homeopath, should one be concern with what kind of title they have achieved? Would title necessarily tell you how well trained they are?
