flu like picture

My location is south Florida USA. I have noted a pervasive community reflection of very high fever in adults as you noted, w/o chills, followed by significant head congestion with colored discharges, some pts. with headache of a temporal and frontal nature, followed by an unproductive cough, followed by a relapse in about 10 days to two weeks with less severity.
Those pts. that came to my office immediately had a two day window of clinical reflection. Those who waited had recurrent lingering reflections, but, did not suffer as much as those pts. who sought and rec'd antibiotic tx.
In the office I performed acupuncture. The internal medicine was herbal formulas from Lotus Herbs called Immune+, and either Qing Qi Hau Tan Wan or Chuan Xiong Cha Tiao Wan, Pueraria Clear or Magnolia Clear, Belladonna 1M, from bhi-heel Engystol and Flu+.
The protocol differed for each pt. and changed with the picture.
