Modern rubric editing standards? was argh cough rubrics!

I really wish I knew what goes into the editing of these rubrics. There are many like this. Has anyone read anything about this?

Wow I never would have thought of that. Thank-you Roger. I wish notes on rubrics could be posted with the rubric in the computer program.
