Oral Surgery

Hi all,

I have an impacted wisdom tooth and today I went to see a dentist and he had referred me to a oral surgeon saying that it's a complicated task and best handled by oral surgeon. I know that surgery would be inevitable and I am very nervous about having a surgery. My wisdom tooth is buried in the gum and I fear that the task would be indeed a very major one.

Please tell me how should I prepare for surgery? Besides Arnica that I should be taking, what else should I have to minimise the trauma and speed healing? Is there such thing as 'homeopathic pain killer'?

Appreciate any advice.
