Yes, they're legit. One of the directors, Sushila Lalsingh, is also vice-president of Nupath (National United Professional Association of Trained Homeopaths), which is the oldest homeopathic association in Canada.

i was at a homeopathic clinic this past week and the subject of Homeopaths without borders came up.
the group is trying to send people to haiti and we discussed how to get some material support to them.
they have been around for many years and do good work. too bad they get as much publicity as the
cuban doctors who arrive quickly, organize even faster and get to work as they are in haiti right now.
the group should be supported.
