Grant Bentley's facial analysis would put the misshapen features and
irregularity when comparing left and right as syphilitic. The syphilitic
teeth are crooked, turned inward, sharp (especially the eye teeth),
cupped, like pegs, with either an overbite or an underbite. Syphilis is
more likely to affect the bones, senses and brain, the sunken in nose is
one of the key features.
Sycotic teeth are large, square, fill the mouth when there is a broad
smile, and often have gaps between them. The jaw is square. It is a bit
like the face has been widened, pulled apart with the stretching most
obvious in the midline. Sycosis is more likely to affect the
reproductive system and musculature.
Psora has a small mouth with a narrow, compact arch so the teeth look
crowded in, the front two teeth, which are often large and bucked,
sometimes cross over each other - In comparison to Sycosis the face
appears to be pushed together.
Placing extra teeth into a miasm is a bit hard - if it looks like
deformity, like extra toes or fingers, then my guess is syphilitic. If
they are well shaped and fit into a large jaw, then sycotic - but I'm
just guessing.

the same. he also has 1 misshapen ear lobe, a misshapen nose (he is a
mouth breather despite operations) and one eye looked a little larger
than the other. He has had operations on his shoulder which I think
there was something congenitally wrong with as well. What miasm would
this be? Syphilitic or Sycotic? I don't suppose there is a rubric for
the extra teeth?
