The 1 dose of Nux on Friday made her feel as if there was a dark cloud over her , as if everything was dark. Obviously a wrong Rx as nothing else was helped. She requested to go back to the Rhus Tox as she felt that since she had gone back to work that day it hadn't had a good enough trial. I suggested she took a dose in water and repeated with stirring before bed and report back.
I have been looking at the Fear of Wind which is definitely a SRP. I wondered about Rhod - which also has vertigo and rheumatism >heat. However looking at the MM the Fear of wind appears to be related to Fear of Storms. It is not a Rx I know very well.
Looking at just the vertigo Sx which really is what she wants sorted I am also wondering about Sal Acid which I have given for Meniere's before and seemed to work well.
Why do I always seem to get difficult cases these days!!!

Has she told you why she is so fearful of wind. With Rhod it is all about excitation, makes them nervous so this could be a storm or any extreme weather condition and it can put them into quite an extreme state, depending on what level they are. Even a highly charged electrical environment will make them uneasy. So worth exploring further I would have thought. People who have these very painful sx linking their teeth/jaw to their eyes or ears and even head are often very sensitive to wind because of the simple but profound disturbance it creates around the orifices and that centres onto the nerves. Can be unbelievably painful for some such as you get in Shingles. Did you not care for Manganum? Also out of curiosity I would explore that 'dark cloud' a bit more as well. Really seems as though there is a lot more going on there.

All she said was that she couldn't remember the first time and she also has a problem with the vacuum cleaner if it is not her who is using it so it sounds to me like it is more a noise thing. I will push her for more on this.

Yes I did look up Manganum and I can see where you are coming from but Mang falls forward - she falls to the left and the M and E's don't seem right. I must ask her about music though.
