coryza rubrics

I was looking into nasal discharge and coryza rubrics - daughter's cough is easing but now a burning nasal discharge (transparent) and sneezing has developed.
I always thought coryza and discharge were more or less interchangeable, but then I came across:
Nose; CORYZA; general; discharge; with, fluent (K327, G275, G278) (262) : ACON.1058, All-c., Am-c., Arg., Ars.Bng, Bell.Bng
Nose; CORYZA; general; discharge; without, dry (K327, G276) (169) : NUX-V.Schm, Calc.Bng, Caust.Bng, Chin., Phos., Samb.Bng
Yasgur seems unclear, saying coryza can refer to the whole common cold symptom complex, but can also refer to nasal discharge. So... which one is it? Does anyone have any wisdom to share?
