What is wrong with good old fashioned case taking 
And however accurate a rx is, i.e. it is the simillimum then it isn't homeopathic to repeat daily routinely like that. Please read the Organon for accurate prescribing protocols.
Hahnemannian homeopathy is NEVER torture, non Hahnemannain homeopathy certainly can be.
