When I said blockage I'm not talking about atheroma - I'm thinking along Burnett's lines - something ahead that creates resistance means a delay in the flow, could be an inflammatory process - the walls wouldn't need to be congenitally thin, just subject to a lot more pressure than normal, over a long period of time.
I've been reading a bit of German New Medicine lately - and you can see on the web site pictures of the brain change in response to unresolved psychological trauma. They used to think these lines were random and just part of the imaging process, Hamer has been able to categorise them, so that he can even predict the type of trauma and location of the cancer from seeing the brain focus. My thinking is that this sort of brain focus/inflammation in itself may be a cause of resistance to blood flow. He in fact has a history of skull fracture, so there may be a physical block, like a scar - but theories, theories.....
I actually thought drugs was more sycotic - eg cannabis is a major sycotic remedy, and medorrhinum is well known for drugs and parties.

I'm not sure. An aneurysm is after all a thinning of the artery walls. Do you know if it's due to a blockage - an atheroma - or if it's a congenital thinning of the artery walls? The latter is always syphilitic. And psora and syphilis thrive together!
As for the drug use - well, it depends why he takes the drugs. To 'find' himself or to seek oblivion? Together with drinking to the extent where he notices it affects his health, it would suggest a syphilitic trait to me - and excessive use would certainly be that; it's a kind of a death wish.

Although we are not being given specific details I am reading between the lines from you've said and as this case was put forward in the erroneously attributed 'prophylactic prescribing for chronic cases with no sx', aka the so called constitutional rx, it seems to me that alcohol has been mentioned a few times - if healthy lifestyle and keeping off alcohol there is no problem - makes me think this is a case with alcohol issues. Is what happened that the person involved got drunk, fell over, hit their head and had to have the brain scan and the aneurysm discovered? If so, you have plenty of sx with a case that is centred around alcohol abuse and a chronic case to boot of some severity. No way does this fall into a case with no sx which ever way you look it.

All miasmatic traits can have alcohol issues, they will be expressed accordingly so and certainly not purely syphilitic - Psora will drink alone, needy but not fulfilled; Sycosis will drink to excess to show off; Syph will exhibit severe alcoholism (usually alone but not always, end stage).

I've been to a conference on new treatments for cancer, and heard two German doctors speak and saw their scans of the brain and the changes it can undergo - incredible! And they're getting cures of cancer with just psychological treatment, once they work out which emotion the changes refer back to.
re: drugs and sycosis - yes, I think they can be sycotic (the desire to try everything to excess) But drugs or alcohol that are taken to forget something painful can be syphilitic - a kind of death wish sometimes. They know it's killing them but can't stop. I think this is particularly true of hard drugs like crack or heroin. Do you know what kind of drugs he did - and why? What was the feeling behind it?
