This is the first confirmed case that it has been seen to have passed fro person to person (this tamiflu resistant strain) . The 5 patients were in hospital and had immune suppressed diseases anyway. The report then says that the UK has plenty of vaccine available and urges people to take advantage of it!!
I make no comment!! I really don't think people are coming forward for it.
