low or high potency?

Post by fazel h.behnam »

Hi dear friends
I am so glad to join to this group and increasing my
knowledge .
I have some experiences with effect of different
potencies of a remedy in same patient and have seen :
low potency acts mostly in body symptoms but high
potency acts more in mind ones.
ofcourse this observation is not very delicate .
I want to know your experience (also knowledge)about
this subject (if any).
with regards fazel fhbehnam@yahoo.com

This effect has been recognised for a long time.

Of course a lot of MIND symptoms are observed during provings even with low
potencies!

A homoeopathic remedy is dynamic and will affect a patient in all spheres.

Hello Fazel, Tracy, Feraz,

That's what they say, but this is not always true.
You've got to look what a symptom means to the patient.
For example:
'Fear' is a mental symptom and shows a form of 'Irritation'
'Dullness' is also a mental symptom but shows a form 'Stagnation'
Irritation needs high potency, stagnation (less dynamic) lower.
This principle is the same for the physical body.
Of cource you have to look at the total picture.

So when you give a patient a certain potency and during the treatment the
'irritation' symptoms remain, you must after relaps go higher, but when the
'stagnation' symptoms remained', you must go lower.

Kind regards, Piet
