My friend wrote me that what is has sounds like psoriasis but that isn't it
but this is what she said about the person with pulmonary hypertension:
I spelt it wrong and he will give me the correct spelling tomorrow
because I could not hear him --He has a lung disease that is incurable
and pronounced sariosis and spelt differently--he does not have any skin
problems and never has had --he also was born with elephantitis so his
bones bulge and are misshapen and huge in places and one leg is shorter
than the other and one shoe size is smaller than the other and he walks
with a limp and has curvature of the spine as well and a sunken in chest
and all kinds of misshapen bones causing much pain; He is told not to take
Calcium because of the elephantititus.

Pulmonary hypertension is common in advanced Sarcoidosis among other things. However, there can be various mechanisms for pulmonary hypertension, so, finding which mechanism, may lead to a different remedy choice.

Scleroderma can also lead to PH, due to fibrosis/scarring of the blood vessels that supply the lungs.

There are other possibilities as well.

The heart struggles to pump, due to the lung blood vessel stiffness etc.. from the scarring etc.,

Maybe Crataeg. Could help as a support for the heart, however, unless the PH process/mechanism is addressed....... In the old books I think it is called the affect on the heart is called ‘Cor pulmonale’.
Doing a search through Synthesis and EH, the group of rems that come up is not that large, which helps! Without the details though, it is only a preliminary ‘look see’ to get the brain cells thinking

Crateagus tincture - 6 drops 3x a day is recommended by Dr AU Ramakrishan and Dr S Banerjea to get rid of plaque in the blood vessels and reduce hypertension. It takes 6 months to work. I have also given the tincture in 20 drop doses to people on heart medication and they have been able to reduce their allopathic medication. It is good not just for hypertension and high cholesterol
