Re: mycobacterium avium case

I really don't know what to say about this amazing perfect single gentleman. He is very spiritual, very into astrology, the kabala and even medium ship. Really this is a Lanthanide case and I am going to have to work out which one!!I am thinking Europium at the moment because he has to analyse everything and test things out and he needs to see the proof of everything.
He is early 60's but looks and acts older. He has a cough- dry and short . 1 short cough now and again < thinking about it < going into the cold.
Despite reacting very badly to antibiotics for the M A so he couldn't continue with them he is on lots of other drugs:-
Itriconazole for the Aspergillis antibodies found on blood testing in 2007
and Symbicort inhalers, Salbutamol and Spiriva inhaler which is a new one to me.
He was also treated empirically (what does this mean?) for TB in 05-06 and again reacted to the drugs.
As well as this chest stuff he has had psoriasis for 40 years which went away with a course of 10 PUVA (light) treatments this year - but it is coming back and he is going to start another course!!
I mean where do I start!!
Symptoms
Some days he coughs up very easily masses of stuff which is brown but also can be green going onto white. Also are these 3/4 inch length of stuff that looks like pink uncooked bacon. Sometimes the expectorate is very thick and other times watery. Once this has happened he goes for a few days without coughing anything up. Again some days he has no ill effects from this condition and other days he can't walk up 3 stairs without having to see down and catch his breath. Again sometimes when he coughs up he gets a burning sensation in his throat.
Strange is when he goes to France - I think he does some joinery stuff there he reckons he doesn't get any symptoms.
He also has 2 hernias on either side on the bottom of his stomach and when they come out - maybe when he is in the bath it is very painful and he massages them back in.
He worked with asbestos in the late 60's but as he is a joiner by trade he blames the timber dust as well. He stopped smoking 15 years ago.
Food - never had a good appetite- temperature, fears etc - nothing. He reckons he is selfish, likes to do his own thing and won't mix with people he doesn't like.
The only strange thing was that I kept on having to stifle me yawning when he was with me and I don't know why. I don't know what this means. He was really interesting and I was trying to hang onto every word.
My rep comes out as Phos first and Ars second but he is neither of these. If fact none of the first 10 remedies suit him.
