could you please suggest remedies [besides hyos] that may fit the following symptoms
delusion being followed
delusion being poisoned
delusions someone breaking into the house
Delusion conspiracy to get them
delusion people think they are mad
delusion being watched
clicking sound in head
spitting in face of those who it is felt are watching them
reactive to light
What is your opinion of the fit with Ars or lach?

This looks much more acute than Staph- Lach seems to be good

I would also consider Tarent, Bell, Anac, Stram, Verat alb and Verat.v

If these are solid delusions ( spitting shows that these are very real for the patient) - I would definitely think of paranoid psychosis...if all of these can go under one rubric "persecution" then it becomes only one symptom and we need to round out with other symptoms

For now the case seems one-sided - as reported - probably you have many more other symptoms that should allow you to decide...

How about causation? Age? Drug abuse? Steroids? Concomitants?

How are the physicals and physical generals?

Is it constant / contiuous and if not, what brings it on?

Menstrual ( if female)...

Also look for exceptions - who is considered enemy and who is friend-

Why is a friend a friend?

was there ever a time when the patient did not have these symptoms - how was she or he ? What were the characteristics then? Any allopathic treatment for this? What were the symptoms before that time?

All of these could impact remedy selection ...

This is continual. Livinging fear. Seemingly started with a major shock many years ago, it seems form parent's death. Although this male person's sibling has some strange notions also so perhaps some genetic as parent was major depressive. parent committed suicide. Now progressively everything anyone says, any text message, any email is thought to have code words that means 'they' know what this person is doing and where they are going. Changes phone nol continually as every salesperson ringing is part of the network and must have gotten this perons's silent phone no. from someone. All car headlights on high beam are flashed at this person. 'they' are out to get this person. Every friend is becoming in on 'it'. it is a network of people who have this person in their sights to detroy them mentally. 'they' think this person is insane and would be dangerous to their kids. Angry now so will get out of the car and spit at the person who has flashed their lights. Trust no-one except the homeopath and their own mother who has to mind the house when they are out so no-one can get in. Because lights are put on when 'they' break in. 'they' spray something poisonous in the car if it is left unattended. last consultaiton the car would not start when leaving so 'they' must have done something to it during consultation.
No physicals except clicking sound in head and feeling strange in head, cannot tolerate extreme hot weather. When feeling bad some craving for carbs or junk food.
no drugs, no steroids.
Will not go to GP to take any drugs from them.

Is the patient working? Did it start in the teens?

What with the genetics aspect and so much paranoia, I would definitely think this is more of a schizophrenia, esp since it is continuous -

Hopefully you continue to be one of the "us" and not one of the "them"

Do not create any aggravation - might end up as one of the "them"
Look at those poor GPs probably they have already crossed over to the "them" category

Personally I have not had a lot of success with paranoid schizophrenics though there were a few of them that Homeopathy helped very well...

Lachesis and Thyroidinum helped in one - menstrual picture pointed to the remedy

Staph in another...
There were a couple of them that no medicine I gave had any effect whatsoever

When it worked I could see the change within a week...
Make sure you have the back ground and confidence to handle the patient - I would worry about the family history of suicide

If I were to venture an opinion- when the patient starts becoming better - the spitting should stop first

no the patient isn't working, cannot stand the loud sounds of people and suspects everyone.
Always feels somewhat better for a while after consult so, so far I am still one of the 'us'. Other clinical nutrition components such as activated B3, Pyridoxal 5 phosphate, zinc also help the brain chemistry to a point. In dealing with the patient, I am taking it from the standpoint that if we can make this person's system stronger they will not notice what the 'they' are doing so much. They react to this strategem quite well as they are believed.This seems to keep me in the 'us' category. Sad case - one of the many -
