Leg symptom?

I have had two (separate) clients in the last week, both sat on the
examination table and while their legs were hanging off the bed they
spun their legs and kicked and made continual motions, reminded me of
a small child. These movements were not mild but almost flailing. One
woman is 76 with advanced cancer, the other 56 with a multitude of
symptoms and no specific diagnosis. I am struggling to incorporate
these movements in the consult, but I am blocked as to where and what
to look for regarding rubrics. Any suggestions??
