No doubt colleagues on this forum with experiences with down syndrome patient will reply in turn.
However, if you live in Iran, I would suggest you contact Dr Shahrdar in Tehran or Dr Moradi in Tabriz.

Take the case as usual - you are not treating the down syndrome but the individual who has sx - only by taking the case will you be able to build a case to prescribe on with certainty. Have treated many with down syndrome but they are people first and foremeost and anyone can be treated and cured with homeopathy

Dear Sofiaadi Salaam
I am Iranian by birth but live in England.
You have some good responses so far from my colleagues Joy Lucas and Dr Jafaripour.
Of course Dr Shahrdar is in Tehran. (Minutus belongs to him.)
As Joy has perfectly explained, we treat the patient not the disease. For example two people with any problem (say Down's) may require different remedies and different way of prescribing.
