book question - Symptoms and Their Interpretation

Does anyone have in their library -
Symptoms and Their Interpretation (1913)by James Mackenzie?
I can only find it in a 'rare book' company list and the cheapest one is $25+postage. So I would like some feedback if this is a worthwhile resource book. Your reviews would be greatly appreciate.

their prices include shipping charges
I looked and you can get a new paperback copy for $24.00 incl. shipping

Thank you for the resource. My ‘old book’ resource had much higher prices and fewer choices.
Still would love to hear a quick review/opinion from anyone who has this book in their library.
