Am wondering how to rep this pain in terms of location

It is described as a sharp 'heart' pain. It may be musculoskeletal
because it is aggravated by stretching the shoulders back and expanding
the chest, and is part of the symptom picture in a case of Psoriatic
Arthritis. So to the client the location is 'heart', and it is
associated with deep emotional symptoms of rage, but would I look more
at internal chest as a more accurate location?

I think I would start with 'chest, pain, << stretching' - Ran-b is there (might fit the main complaint as well) and then cross refer with 'chest, pain, sharp,' and then include any other modalities that you have.

Thanks for this Joy,

Ran-b is looking pretty good, (and other members of the Ranunculae).
Fear around humiliation is a major issue in this case. I also found a
rubric relating to intercostal pain which I remember learning can
sometimes feel like heart pain.
