Needs your "immediate" attention re: Legal action on pregnant women and vaccines

The first wave of declarations are needed by next week, Sept. 7th. Keep sending them after that as well.

CoMeD has until Oct 1st to collect and submit all the declarations to the court in order to support their bid for standing.

WARNING: ARE YOU PREGNANT, TRYING TO GET PREGNANT, OR OF CHILDBEARING AGE?

The government is aggressively recommending that all pregnant women be vaccinated with as many as three flu shots this fall! Unfortunately, most seasonal and swine flu shots are preserved with birth-defect-causing Thimerosal (mercury). l,
These FDA-approved flu shots are NOT approved for administration to pregnant women and carry warnings such as these on the package insert:
"8.1 Pregnancy Category C: . It is also not known whether Fluzone vaccine can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman or can affect reproduction capacity.."
"8.2 Nursing Mothers: . Because many drugs are excreted in human milk, caution should be exercised when Fluzone vaccine is administered to a nursing woman."
"13.1 Carcinogenesis, Mutagenesis, Impairment of Fertility: Fluzone vaccine has not been evaluated for carcinogenic or mutagenic potential, or for impairment of fertility."
HOW YOU CAN HELP:
CoMeD, a 501c3 corporation, is continuing to seek a preliminary injunction in Federal Court to stop pregnant women from being given mercury-preserved flu shots.

Within weeks, CoMeD will appear at a special hearing in Washington, DC to provide documentation that women of childbearing age/who are pregnant are being denied informed consent regarding the dangers of these mercury-containing shots.
So, we need you to:

1. Politely visit or call your Ob/gyn; a pharmacy; retail store, clinic or medical office. Tell them you are pregnant or are considering getting pregnant and would you need a flu shot? Be sure to get the name of the person you speak to! Be sure to ask the questions provided to you on the declaration link below

3. Record in writing the answers to your questions
