Vitamin D3 - need greater amounts than we knew before

there is a lot of new information on Vitamin D and the need for much higher amounts.

If it is very sunny, don't need to supplement ............that's why we see less illness in the summer (and large amount of body exposed to the sun)

20 minutes in midday sun with 40% exposure will give you about 5-10,000IU

Hi,
be aware that this does not apply if you use sun blocker ( you may be sun tanned and even have a lack of vitamin D) and that you should avoid midday sun.
