I remember a little girl who had an urgent need to defecate on being near rivers. It was an awkward scenario as it continued until she was about 6 at least. It is that kind of urgency in response to running water that is significant, I would have thought. I think she did get lyssin at one point but cannot really remember the details. The symptom did go so she probably did.
Lyssin is one of Mangialovori's Solanaceae group and he sees fear of water or some other relationship with water (the sea of emotion) or dreams of water as being the significant thing rather than a straight physical modality. I still can't say I feel I have a handle on the remedy but his description is good and he has the cases to quote.
