that's why I'm saying it cannot be something that is infectious - first case never occurred due to exposure to someone else carrying the bacteria.

I agree that all disease is dynamic - it cannot be otherwise, because the vital force is dynamic, and therefore can only be affected by dynamic things.
With regard to bacteria etc., do you not think that smallpox, for example, came about because of a mutation - perhaps from cowpox?
I think that we are susceptible - and depending on how we are susceptible, a microbe/virus/bacteria takes advantage (or is attracted to us) and takes up residence. We than find traces of that bacteria, and assume that is what made us ill - it is debatable.
if we are susceptible to smallpox, but there is no smallpox bacteria around, another may take up residence in us - or may mutate into something which fits the susceptibility better. So small pox has been 'removed' - but what about chickenpox? I have heard that this has now become more lethal - is this because of hype for the vaccine, or because there is a void which smallpox cannot fill, so chickenpox is evolving to fill that void? Remember, nature abhors a vacuum - where there is a void, nature will try to balance it.
Just some thoughts - I don't know the answer!

What is disease for humans is health for microbes and viruses: they find a good soil, can thrive and reproduce; a balanced relationship between both, like healthy human and colon flora, means health for both types of living organisms. One becoming weaker or stronger, the other evolves accordingly.
So the soil, the terrain, the VF, the constitution changes first, the disease, the clinical infection appears according to how the soil has evolved......same as in gardening, some plants like an acidic soil, others prefer lime....

Again not about the bacteria, but the health of the host
yes it is hype for the vaccine and deaths from allopathic treatment
