Well..when you consider that it is the food industry(monsanto) and the health
industry that does most of the advertising on t.v...is it any wonder that they
have the last word about what information the programs are delivering?
The most famous case of this was the two reporters at Fox who were doing a
story on the new milk(monsanto)and how canada and europian union wouldn't
allow the hormones added milk because the studies showed it caused cancer in
rats or whatever...and monsanto said if they delivered the story on fox
news..they would pull their advertising. The two reporters sued and lost. The
judge's ruling was that there was nothing illegal about news programs not
telling the truth.
