Has anybody had expwrience with treating filaria?
Patient says he has no other complaint. sometimes
the leg can be itchy. No pain. No fever

It is a combination of psora and syphilis miasm. You need to go by symptoms. If there is ulceration (fiery red) after itching, cinnabaris will be helpful. Otherwise you can try Hydrocotyle asiatica. You need to confirm with symptoms.
