Re: Help with case - polyuria and ptyalism in 6 yo?

Hoping for some suggestions for this case which just goes round and round. This is a 6 year old boy with autism as well as severe ulcerative colitis. Has been a difficult case for the past year and a half. I speak almost daily with the parents. No remedy "sticks" meaning, we see a good response and then it stops working with no improvement after increase in potency or after giving what seems like indicated nosode. But then another remedy picture comes up. Have tried many remedies, in LMs over the past year and a half, Puls, Sil, Sil Marina, Lac Leo, Tub, Bel, Stram, Ver-Alb, Hyos,and Lyssin seem to last the longest before stopping. Carc worked for a short time, too.
We saw very little improvement in the first year but had great improvement after the DTP remedy and then Lac Leo. Those both seemed to bring both physical and mental/emotional improvements for the short time they worked. He than became more sensitive to remedies and started showing more improvements. His autism symptoms have improved a bit and has had some amelioration from the colitis but still has acute, severe pain frequently. Although the frequency of acute attacks has gone down. It used to manifest as severe distension in the abdomen and now is more pain in the penis. His OCD behaviors are almost gone, many other behaviors are improved, and he is now interacting and communicating whereas he was not when we started.
Colocynthis, Belladonna, or Stramonium help most during severe abdomen pain depending upon particulars of the acute. Thankfully, the pain is ameliorated almost immediately with a remedy. However, the latest issue is excessive urination during the daytime only, accompanied with excess saliva and spitting. He spits on the floor, wall, anywhere. It varies from viscid, frothy, bubbly, soapy, etc. He particularly has involuntary urination immediately after urinating, and while he is sitting in the sand at the park. Some days it only happens when sitting in the sand. (He also tried to eat sand in the past.) There is no blood or protein in the urine. Sometimes he has urging again and again. Sometimes dribbling after urinating. Sometimes has to wait for it to come out, other times, it is involuntary. It comes and goes. It is only during the daytime. But sometimes as much as 14 times in a day. Completely dry at night. Sometimes has painful erections. Constantly handles the genitals due to pain. For some time he would only urinate outside in the sand or garden. But since Hyos (last remedy) will now use the toilet inside.
He has severe metal toxicity and has many times shown unmistakeable symptoms for Mercurius, or Stannum, or Plumbum (at separate times) however, aggravates if given them. Was very healthy, normal child until age 2. Severe vaccinosis, then ulcerative colitis and autism by age 3. He is aggravated at the new and full moon. He is dramatically ameliorated M/E between 7-8 p.m. Happy with energy.
SRP - He likes to climb on top of his mom, particularly on top of her face. He likes to pull her hair. They play a "lion" game where he asks the mom to bite him, which used to leave welts on him even with a gentle touch. But he asks for it, demands it. The welts stopped after the Lac Leo. Also after the Lac Leo, his hair on his body (but not his head) turned golden. Lac Leo fit many of his physical symptoms and really seemed to progress the case until it stopped.
He has severe constipation, constriction in the rectum, he has no thirst, and water significantly aggravates the distension in his stomach. Stool alternates yellow and green. He is on a very restricted diet due to food sensitivities.
He is a very sweet little boy, and is *very* bright. He is hyperlexic (has been able to read since age 2-3). He has a phenomenal memory and only needs to hear something once to remember it. He is from India. He has destructive tendencies for anything he creates. If there is a pitcher of water, he has to dump it out. He loves swimming in the ocean and tubbies. He has a fear of dogs and cows. He sometimes twists his legs. He gestures with his fingers as if counting.
Both parents are warm, friendly, intelligent, professional business people, however, the mom is now home FT. The first two years, the maternal grandmom watched him while the mom worked. His mom has leucoderma (skin and hair, including eyelashes and eyebrows, have completely turned white). Father had Tuberculosis twice as a teen as well as a Rabies vaccine series. Mom was given Tetanus shot 2 or 3 times during pregnancy. Mother's father died just prior to the pregnancy which devastated her. BIL also died suddenly in an accident which was tragic for the entire family. Mom bled for the first 4 months of pregnancy. Mom felt her son was her father reborn. Case was started with CalcSil which had good results and then stopped. Mom has done well for many months on Nat Mur. Father did many months of Med, then Thuja. Then did well on Kali Sulph.
I am very concerned about this little boy and would welcome any comments or suggestions. The polyuria and ptyalism are most severe now. Also, if anyone would like to assist with the case, I feel I am at the point where I need to insist on a second opinion if someone can't help.
