IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM PETER CHAPPELL [1 Attachment]

Post by John Harvey »

I wouldn't contest Peter's observation that homoeopathy's growth is limited by lack of business support and that his own remedies have no such limit. I infer from it, however, a tacit acknowedgement of Peter's own awareness that mixtures cannot constitute medicine homoeopathic to a patient's symptomatology and that in any case for such an individual symptomatology to guide the homoeopath it must first be known. Of the three parts of the homoeopathic method, Peter does claim that provings have been done. They are useless, of course, without the other two parts. No patient symptoms = no similarity = allopathy. No comparison = allopathy. No possibility of comparison = no comparison = allopathy. No reliability of proving data (because in proving mixtures we're dealing with a whole new ballgame) = no possibility of comparison = allopathy. The P.C. remedies are allopathic through and through. Any claim that they have any reasonably homoeopathic relationship to a particular patient whose symptoms are unknown is clearly at best delusional.

Cheers --

John
