I met this person this afternoon. She gave permission to talk about her issues.
She also is photophobic, worse from any quick movements in her environment,
gets vertigo falling to left a little. The sensation in her brain is sometimes
different from just a vibration. Sometimes she feels like someone is swinging
a bag of sand around and around in her head. She showed me the twitches in her
face and they involved the whole upper cheeks, nose and below eyes.. She can't
work anymore, she can't drive, she doesn't go out. She can't use her eyes for
very long. There is a homeopath involved in some way with a group of patients
and she is thinking of becoming a part of this group through her doctor. The
homeopath is giving oscillinum...(?) once a week to all the patients and some
of them are feeling a lot better as a result. ??? She is on 70 different
medications. For 3 years doctors told her that her symptoms were in her
head(haha). Even the mayo clinic does not buy into that there is such a thing
as lyme disease. I know that from experience of another person who had dead
lyme cells in their body but was diagnosed with MS, the mayo wouldn't even
consider lyme disease. She said that infra red heat forces the lyme virus or
whatever it is to come out of their hiding places so that the antibiotics can
work. She herself is a cold person, puts a scarf around her neck, but she
cannot stand the heat of the summer. I actually was in the area last summer
where she contracted this 5 or 6 years ago. I was with about 20 adults and
children who went for a walk in the woods. I wouldn't go. I freak about the
idea of a normal tick getting on me. But mostly this is the fault of ignorant
doctors..that this problem went this far.
