Letter from someone with enormous anxiety which has been ameliorated somewhat but essentially ongoing

We had dinner at my sister in laws last night who is also pregnant, she had seen the Midwife that day and told her that her mum which is my mother in law had been diagnosed with Whooping cough last week. The midwife told her that her Husband needs to get a booster now and also that I should get one as well because of the risk to the baby of catching it. What do you think should I should do?
Wanting advice ,clinging ??Stramonium . Thuja, Baryta., Don't think is Arsenicum. Has not the thirst of Phosphorus .
Essentially a good natured chap who loves time off to go to the seaside with his children. Always helpful but feels taken advantage of.
? Pertussin as a protective measure.
My anxiety is the Medico legal component, Jean

Just remembered that this chap had mumps meningitis in childhood. I think will reassure him he should have sufficient immunity. I have told him my opinion may be different from the orthodox and he will have to take some responsibility. He has come a long way as his anxiety was crippling . The remedies that made a difference were Medorrhinum, Baryta Sulph . Other than that though used Pulsatilla . Silaca, referred him to another Homeopath not much has impacted other than being present for him.
Actually Pertussin may help his general picture at the moment. Jean
