Response to Irene: was (Pre)-diabetes - was Perha

I have held back on sharing this as I have not followed the post entirely and my information is premature. But in the hopes it may help someone I would like to share. I was diagnosed with diabetes earlier this year - the initial blood glucose was 145. I had been experiencing symptoms for about 4-5 months. Pains in both feet (worse in the morning), intermittent swelling hands and feet, huge swings of blood sugar, trembling, numbness in arms, just to a name a few. Anyway, I was researching to learn more about diabetes since my knowledge is extremely limited. I found a blurb about the new allopathic diabetes medicine made from the Gilamonster (Heloderma). Since I have a long history with this remedy I decided to investigate it further.
When I say long history, I mean when I was in homeopathy school, we took a live case which I really connected to. I won't go into the details of the case but I will say after much study, I felt the case was calling for Heloderma. For several months afterwards, I had many dramatic synchronicity experiences relating to that case and the remedy even though it was never given.
Given my nature to self-prove remedies, and after a review of the symptoms indicated a match, I began the Heloderma. (daily doses, LM1) One week after beginning the remedy, I was retested. My number was 80 and my A1C was 5.3, non-diabetic. And within another week, my physical symptoms were improved. Obviously I was at the early stages. My doctor was floored and just said, "I don't care what you are doing, with numbers like that, do whatever you want." (Ah, PPO care - it's heartwarming.)
I have not continued on the remedy because I have other issues more precedent (read urgent) right now (prolapsed uterus and complex ovarian cyst which I have had for over a year) and I don't feel the choice was completely homeopathic although it is hard to tell because the literature on the remedy is quite slim. However, my "diabetes" symptoms remain at bay (it's been just over one month now). If it is useful, my symptoms overall seem to indicate Sepia (although does not ameliorate and creates dissimilar aggravation), Lachesis (which also does not ameliorate and creates dissimilar aggravation), and now Murex ... notice a trend? I guess I just resonate with animal poison.
Please know this is NOT how I practice homeopathy for others, but for myself, I experiment. Yes, my homeopath (read me) is a fool - do as I say, not as I do. But I thought the information was worth sharing in case there is some value in it. (Please - no stones.)
Truly,
Erica
