Dear Luise,
Just to increase your list of things you don't have time to learn or
read: Filip Degroote has really interesting stuff on Physical
Examination and Observation in Homeopathy. He cites weak muscles for
specific remedies and consequent postural defects. You have to be
used to doing physical exams or body work with patients.
Best,
Ellen

Dear Luise,
I need to reach that state of enlightenment. How to use what I have
and not get more confused. Decide on your tools and stick to them
until mastery. Ahhh
Best,
Ellen

Hi,

Cooking. My favorite subject. Shannon. I'm with you.

I have a huge heavy pan that I use for browning onions and other
veggies. Keep the head way down and don't too many at a time.
Sometimes I have two pans going. The heavier the pan, the nicer they
brown. Browning brings out the sweetness. You would think I had
added sugar to the stir fry or whatever.

Best,
Ellen

Shucks. But glad you like it. If you brown them, you can fit more in. Ahhh
