I went to Dr. Busch in Ft Wayne, Indiana. It took a long time, I was very bad when I went to him. I could not walk more than 10 steps without lying down for relief. It was expensive but worth it. Dr. Busch uses a method called DRS. There must be someone in the Boston area that does this.
