Body Types [was: Perhaps this flu - suppression of inflammation

Hi Luise,
For me the only thing that ever meaningfully helped with stabilizing
weight loss (I did indeed lose it when doing either water fast or fruit
or fruit-and-veggie fast, but it came back promptly) was complete
avoidance of wheat, and to a lesser extent milk. Initially the
difference was dramatic: I eat whatever (good and non-wheat) food I
had appetite for, felt great, and the weight melted away! I suppose
the same could apply to any allergen? Which fits nicely with the idea
of overweight as a toxic reaction. (Getting to an "ideal" weight for
me would take other things too, more exercise and maybe other things,
but the difference from eliminating wheat--which for decades now I've
continue to avoid, tho have not gone "gluten free"--is huge!
I would LOVE to know more about that! And also would love to see a
book devoted to correspondence between remedies and overall body shape,
form, etc. One reads tidbits, e.g. syphilinum and the over-long,
over-lean shape; calc-c as "soft and round"; Tub long and thin,
pigeon-chest; calc-p and silica with the large heads in childhood, etc.
I would LOVE to see a book by Irene describing the cat "constitutional
types"!!! And presumably / apparently much of that would have
equivalence to humans.
In recent years in the mainstream press we've been told that the "apple
shape" (collecting fat in the abdomen, with thin arms and legs)
correlates with high levels of estrogen--there must be a handful of
remedies that specifically correlate?
I forget what the "pear shape" (thin on top, collecting fat around the
buttocks and thighs, thin calves) correlates with--possibly high
progesterone? I was told that it (or perhaps only something similar)
correlates with pituitary underfunction--which I read that can be
associated with Med, also of course with pituitary (specifically
anterior?) sarcode--but what else as well?
I've been wishing I had time to read more of Grant Bentley's work on
Homeopathic Facial Analysis! Seems to me that good understanding of
this kind of *physical* clues could be such a help! And moving from
there making use of "remedy relationships" (Rx A is an acute of Rx B,
etc.).
Sigh, someday...
