Germanium and Lac can have the feeling they are immaterial and both are despairing and needy but there are so many rx that feel they are unappreciated - with the acne you might look at Calc sulph (feels to be of little concern to others), Pulsatilla, with the need to be nurtured and pleading. Sac lactis has the feeling that body parts are not there and they are both repellant and needy at the same time (not sure about the acne though) but I was taken with the swords and the beseeching, liking the bright light and the history of abuse - maybe Stramonium.

Cancer diathesis? with the fear of failure, wanting to be great, beginning projects that never finish due to fear of failure although all these common in cases of abuse.

Thank you Joy and Rochelle. Very helpful. Definitely in need of care and nurturing at the moment. She has just phoned and sounded quite chirpy which is such a relief.. I explored Lac Can ,Sacc, Stram ,Carcinocin . Had used Lac ac on previous visit a month ago. Yesterday in fact gave her Hepar Sulph 30c because of the anger she described and acne and previously before she saw me some help from Silaca.. Calc Sulph a possibility. The problem with these mood disorders is that they are not reliable in returning and one seems to have to use a cycle of remedies. I suppose that corresponds to the cycling of their moods. Maybe just my ineptitude. Antidepressants I have learned from study modules can increase tendency to cycle.
I do not like the orthodox drugs but so much supervision needed that may be the wise answer especially when no reliable carers. Exploring Positronium and Germanium. I do not think the latter as in good times really wishes to be heavily involved in making the world a better place . Thanks again, Jean

Think gets a bit manic. Presently involved in environmental issues and then it dissolves into despair. .
I often think of Tub in high potency in the great ideation times. That has helped at times ,at least I think so in other patients.
I feel I want to see them every day for about a week to follow up . If some one tells you they do not want to be here, wish to disappear it is a bit stressful .

There was a theme also of apathy which is in Positronium below.

Perhaps the alternation of the moods becomes a sx to work with such as you get in Lac can (just an e.g.)

How bad is the acne, can you describe it more.

similar to this picture . For some reason I associate it with a Calc Phos acne and the first time I saw this girl thought she was Calc phos.
She also seemed the body type.
Apparently had a reasonable day. I nearly did give her Lac caninum but she liked sweet not salty things.
?/Lac Humanum . Certainly has never found a place to be happy in.

A crisis again yesterday, need for support and company. Gave Pulsatilla 30c , seemed to fit best ,and a previous homeopath used Silaca which she thought helped. A return to Silaca latter may help her to carry through projects though the disturbance seems deeply rooted [??being invisible, may be there was never a proper family to help her gain an identity ] and there is this tendency to swing moods. She is seeing a psychologist this week . This may help resolve past issues?/ Thanks ,Jean
