Chappell\'s resonance provings-Maintaining cause-grounding

Is grounding relevant when the thing we're aiming to deflect (or etc.)
is not electrical? (This is an actual question; I'm not so clear on
all of this.) E.g. lead shields from radioactivity without grounding;
I would think that a wire mesh would protect from EMF even if not
grouded--but maybe not... I'm completely clueless as to why either a
copper coin or a piece of pink crystal should shield from EMFs--are
either of those related to the grounding issue, or is that something
else entirely?

Lead sheets are acting as physical barrier against any form of ionising radiation (alpha, and Beta particles, Gamma radiation and of course X-rays)
However, other forms of electromagnetic radiation such as radio waves etc have difficulty going through mesh! Grounding helps to discharge any energy absorbed.

Makes sense. What about the suggestion of copper disk to
neutralize-or-whatever computer emissions--do you know what that's
about?

Sorry No!
