Was Chem-trails/allergy - now Social Homeopathy

An excellent diet is a great start ~ !
Organic obviously preferable - non GMO and carefully washed &/or peeled fruits / veggies where organic is not possible.
Costwise, however ... organic food may be the cheapest thing one can do to pay for good health.
Also of course, one of the best ways one can support "greening" of industry, a great way to support local agriculture, healthy soil (vs. sterilized dust found on petro-chemically addicted "factory farms")
In terms of general nutrition, it is probably advisable for most in "developed nations" to eat LESS, but eat organic and higher quality foods.
Then, we come to questions of detox, and those are going to be somewhat toxin-specific.
Barium has been found in samples collected as fallout from chemtrails; I believe this is where diatomaceous earth / bentonite clay might come in ... bentonite seems to be a good thing to absorb many "pollutants" and poisons from intestinal tract. Do not use with/near meals, as it negates both the food's nutritional value AND the bentonite's absorbancy of .. whatever.
Fasting is generally an excellent adjunct of detox regimen, and bentonite is included in my preferred "intestinal cleanse" regime.
Depending on the toxin(s) and level of toxicity .. a detox can be fairly easy - to- Very Challenging, and may sometimes be a situation where some professional oversight could be advisable.
If the toxin we're trying to address is something along the lines of mycoplasma .. I'd say that is somewhere that homeopathic "chronic disease" philosophy & case management would be useful. I doubt that diet & cleanse would reach the little buggers.. though likely they'd remain dormant until "triggered" .. and something is telling me that "weaponized" mycoplasma will be triggerable by scalar tech.
Other possibilities include such things as "Rife" treatment ... perhaps a read of one of Hulda Clark's books would be interesting, as many of her ideas coincide with the idea of fungal and other co-factors in chronic disease (not homeopathy, but possible food for thought.)
Actually, if the weaponized mycoplasma do have a scalar "on" switch, it seems likely they'll be easily destroyed by appropriate harmonic. Maybe it's time to put my tin hat on, and go looking for those guys who've been developing electronic "zappers" post- Hulda / Rife.
In any event, looking at toxins and other "co factors" of chronic disease;
paying attention to whatever seems appropriate in diet / nutrition / physical detox;
while following good homeopathic practice in chronic disease case management..
Is pretty much what we're here to learn / teach / share / practice, eh?
warm wishes,
