Minutus

I have a lady coming in tomorrow who is 39 weeks pregnant. The baby keeps moving around and at the moment is breach. She reckons the baby is not engaged yet . She had a caesarian last time round and would like a natural birth as she was very disappointed she could see the baby born because since she is on blood thinners because her blood clots easily she was given a general anesthetic rather than an epidural.
Naturally I am thinking Puls 200 but
1) is it too late at 39 weeks
2) how much can it be repeated.
