Was Chem-trails/allergy - now Social Homeopathy

Post by Elizabeth Brandegee »

Great points Tanya, this is along the lines of the overview helpful in this thread :) Levels of truth coincide with what layer is acting most on a person/society.
Perhaps remedies like flouride which is known to create compliance and pliability in groups of people...and/or other common denominator 'poisonings' going on in recent history.
Be well,
Liz

If it's in the air, in the water and in the soil, it must be in us!
Can we talk about detox?

The ND in the video suggested bentonite daily, what are your thoughts?

Seems to me we are indeed bombarded daily with toxins from multiple
sources.
Dr Rozencwajg's book "Organotherapy, Drainage and Detoxification"
seems to me to be the answer to it all,
covers every kind of detox option.

Namaste,
Irene

Great idea! How would you go about it? Daily, weekly, monthly, etc?

The ND addressed (briefly) some other useful points too, such as
importance of essential fatty acids, and giving preference to organic,
"whole" foods. That seems like a "can't lose" beginning! (Tho not
necessarily suffiicent.)

Hi Leilanae and all,

Well one can select on symptoms, the book includes all of that so as
to select the right approach in each category one wants to use. But
there is also general use that can be made. For example, I use the
foods section to help the organs of elmiination in general
detoxification like the liver, and kidneys especially and just
incorporate the foods that help those, into my diet as much as possible.

If for example I see a symptom, (swollen feet, raised BP, or glucose
spikes or whatever) I can check into what would help that and lean
that way more.
I do not think I can figure out what toxins are getting to me all the
time - I just assume there is all kinds of stuff my system has to
deal with daily somehow and go from there.

Namaste,
Irene

It's a good start - especially extra virgin olive oil and fish oil.
Make yor own mayo and salad dressing with the EVO and take a fish
oil and Vit E supplement.

Next I'd add that the diet needs as many antioxidants as one can cram
into it!
