Jayesh Shah NYC seminar

Post by Charlotte Gilruth »

Dear Friends,
I am forwarding a letter about the upcoming seminar with Jayesh Shah in New
York City from April 27-May 1. Jeff explains well what an opportunity this
is.

Blessings,
Charlotte
Dear Charlotte,

Today is exactly ten weeks to the day until we meet again in New York
City for the second session of our course with Jayesh Shah. Fortunately
St. John's University, Manhattan (our meeting place) escaped the horror
of September 11, unscathed. Until mid January it served as a
headquarters for workers involved in the clean up and rescue efforts at
"ground zero." Since mid- January, it has been restored to its
originally intended use as a college. Remarkably, Lower Manhattan is
once again recharged with its usual state of energy and vitality. Spring
time should be a terrific time for all of us to come together once again
in New York City to study our passion, homeopathy.

I know that what I'm about to say might sound like hyperbole to some,
but I truly believe this is the most exciting time ever to be studying
homeopathy. The Bombay School, headed by Rajan Sankaran and Jayesh, has
made some extraordinary breakthroughs in the past two years, which are
resulting in a newer more exacting approach to prescribing.

I was fortunate to be one of only 15 participants from seven different
countries, who were invited to attend an intensive clinical workshop in
Bombay from mid-November into early December. I saw and learned, first
hand, through over fifty difficult (live and already treated) cases, how
these new techniques are being applied and how remarkably effective they
are in terms of the consistently brilliant results they are bringing.

Then returning home, I found that I had renewed inspiration and
enthusiasm for putting these new tools into my own practice. Patients
whose cases were stalled or failing suddenly looked fresh and possible.
What I can report is that in just over two months I'm seeing some of the
most incredible results I've ever seen and that's after 22 years of
homeopathic practice. Just so no one misunderstands me, I'm not saying
that this is some simple recipe to success. On the contrary, it requires
diligence and a profound level of understanding, but I'm certain that it
is doable. To put it in plain and simple English, we are blessed to have
this opportunity. I know that Jayesh is eager to share all he can with
us, in his wonderful spirit of openness and candor. He'll tell us what
he knows and won't hesitate to say what he doesn't know.

We'll begin on April 27 at 10 AM. Like last time we'll break for lunch
for about one and a half hours and class will go till about 5:30 PM.
From the second day on our starting time will be 9 AM. On May 1, the
final day of the session, we'll conclude at about 1-1:30 PM. As a
reminder for those of you who may have forgotten, St. John's University,
Manhattan is located at 101 Murray Street, just off the West Side
Highway in the Financial District.

Your fee of $650, for the upcoming session, is due by March 10. Please
make the check payable to Jeff Baker, not the Maui Academy and send it
to PO Box 880400 Pukalani, HI 96768-0400. We would really appreciate it
if you could send your payment in a timely fashion, as this saves us the
trouble of having to send out reminder notices.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to e-mail or call me.
Also, there are a very limited number of seats available, on a first
come, first served basis, so if you know of someone who is interested in
attending I suggest you have them get in touch with me as soon as
possible. I'm looking forward to a fantastic session in April and to
having you with us.

Warm Regards,
Jeff Baker, ND, DHANP
Director, Maui Academy of Homeopathy
