topical thrush

Hi all, Just had a very interesting case walk in. A 55 y o woman who has seen every type of homoeopath and other practitioner over the last 10 years, with what a doctor has diagnosed as a thrush infection only over her pubic region. She describes it as red, bumpy, extremely itchy. She scratches it until raw and bleeding, when it then hurts more than itches, then it scabs over and starts itching again. dry heat, hot water, cold water - which I think just seems better because they both numb the pain. When she scratches then smells her fingers, they smell like old bread. She's a very mineral type of person, but also her case is very complicated as she tells me her hormones are out of balance (going through menopause), having hot flushes. She's had many constitutionals, including sepia, nat mur, calc, staph, thuja, candida nosode etc....
Any ideas? Probably not on the constitution as her case is much longer than what I've just described, but on treating her very debilitating infection while I try to find her constitution. What I think is significant is she said the infection started after taking arg nit LM1 for her predominately candida Sx and her then presenting constitution (lots of fears apparently. The infection started as a small patch in her right groin, then gradually spread over her entire pubic region from right to left. The Rx she's taken over the years have altered the look of the skin but not really changed anything.
Thanks
Liz
