Misleading statements on legalities of homeopathy

I find this a very misleading statement.
It may be the law in the STATE where yo live - but this is an
international list and it definitely does not apply to all states nor
to all countries.
In any case, it is legal to diagnose and treat your own pets or
yourself. Doing it for income or for someone else is separate, and
the laws vary by state and by country. For example prevention is
perfectly legal in most states.
In sensible ones (countries/states/counties) Homeopathy can be used
legally to prevent or treat disease.
So perhaps your footer needs to start out withy the words:
"MY view is that, in the area where I live...................."
It's misleading to make claims that are invalid for all but your
area, as lots of others see that and can start to make unnecessary
trouble for other homeopaths if they believe and act on your words.
By the way.... Minutus already has a pretty good statement under all
emails
