I remember seeing a rubric like this, but can't find it in my Macrep or in Synth. The Px says "I should have been born a fish" (no, she's not Pisces..!), loves to be in water, and any kind of showering/bathing etc. helps mental and emotional symptoms.

Any recommendations? Thanks,
Vera

I had a rather round girl once ,who was a Pisces, with a skin rash upper body and face. She loved to lie in a bath. She had a beautiful response to Medusa
Can not remember what rubrics I used . I think I just happened to read the remedy.

she has a rash on her cheeks and a little on her neck - sort of defined by others as acne but the spots on her neck are the only ones that look vaguely acne-ish. Don't know if I'd define it as a mania for bathing, but there's definitely a bathing amel mental symptoms.

Thanks,
Vera

Some slightly off the wall ideas:
I know of two individuals - one of them a cat, so quite remarkable -
who are the same innate constitutional type (and I am sure of this
type in both cases) , and whose mental sx are better for swimming,
being in water, water activities, bathing, etc, which they desire to
do and love to do. The constitutional type in question is otherwise
inconsolable, and worse for attempts to console.
Problem is the repertory does not list the amel of mental sx in water
for this remedy - which is Platina. It does list one rubric for Plat
which mentions water:
MIND - WASHING - desire to wash - hands; always washing her
but the love of water is not covered in my opinion by this rubric,
nor the mental sx amelioration.
So I offer it only from observation and experience, as plat symptom.
(Everything else would also need to fit of course)

[Plat does list amelioration when exposed to sunshine and desire
for sunshine, which seems to be the only other amelioration for this
constitutional type - and I observe that to also be valid in the two
Plat cases mentioned.]

What the repertory does have is:
MIND - FEARLESS - water, in the (1 remedy)
MIND - PLAYFUL - water; in the (1 remedy)
MIND - WATER - loves (18 rems)

All of which are in Lac-delphinum
In fact Lac-delph was tried in the one case which turned out to be
Plat, and the Lac-del did not help. Plat did.

I suspect it is because love of water is not the same as amelioration
of mental symptoms by being in water - which seems to suit the two
Plat cases. Plat was obviously not selected on this symptoms - but o
other matching ones. It's just that I observed this characteristic
and thought it unusual enough to mention, especially in a cat. When
upset, the cat would go swimming in a nearby farm dam, and always
come back more cheerful. Also loved water in general and played in
it, with it, etc.

So I do not have a suggested rubric - just a peculiar observation of
two Platinum cases.

Namaste,
Irene

which repertory do you use Irene?

PS I drink ionised water pH 10 and it doesnt cause chemical burns.
Usually 9 but 10 is good too.
