Acute care question - for my Mom - fractured pelvis

Dear friends, your advice would be greatly appreciated.
Mom fell and fractured her pelvis and wrist this morning. I gave one
aconite and rescue remedy before paramedics arrived and was just
about to give her arnica when they made it very clear they would not
touch her if I gave her anything. So had to wait until we returned
home from hospital this afternoon to start arnica. Extreme hip/back
pain (for which she took Percocet in hospital) – worse for any
movement. Wrist looked terrible until arnica and started looking
very good within 30 minutes – started at 6c and moved to 30c. Hip
and back still hurt terribly (not only the fall but the treatment at
hospital like a sack of potatoes). She is calm and relatively
comfortable for now – but don't know what it will be like when she
needs to get up – or even turn. Transport home was via stretcher –
they never sat her up or tried to get her to stand at the hospital –
just sent her home. Osteo appointment is not until Monday afternoon –
no instructions from anyone until then – even though I asked
repeatedly for care/movement instructions. They only gave pain med
and no care instructions. Don't know if I should be moving her or
letting her stay quiet. I have encouraged modest toe wiggling but
nothing more just yet. I understand the fractured pelvis is
exceptionally painful under any circumstances, but she also has old
vertebral fractures – which gave her pain and uneven gait before
this.
Care and remedy ideas/experiences very much appreciated.
Thank you in advance.
