Dear Tanya, thank you for your update on the case.
I am assuming the points are AFTER she took Tarentula. Dreams sound good.
Why was she in such a terror and anger mode re: the HIV? To what extent does
the Arnica help? I like the trembling of the lip. Is the skin rash related
to the common skin Sx you get with RA - a kind of psoriasis? Has this come
recently or what - I don't have original notes in front of me. The vaginal
Sx sound good - is this new?
This reads quite well to me and the agony now is whether to wait - this is
always so hard when a client has so much pain. The RA is deep seated and
won't disappear over night and I quite like the idea of LM's in this case.
They give some interaction - the client gets involved with taking the remedy
on a physical level. They will deal with all planes of this case. So perhaps
yes. But should you wait a bit longer? Of course it is your choice. Was the
Rx given as a collective single dose or how? by the way.
Thanks again, best wishes, Joy

Re: online case TM/Dec.02 followup
Dear Tanya, re my last post I am definitely thinking you should wait and see
how far the Rx goes. I wouldn't give the LM's at all yet. Good luck and best
wishes, Joy Lucas

Dear Joy,
Despite the second follow-up note, let me respond to some of your questions and perhaps some of my own.
Yes, the points are after the tarent 200c. altho, the pain had begun prior to taking it. it seemed to worsen w/tarent for the first 2+ weeks.
HIV and terror? this is the hard one to get a handle on. Pt has a lot of terror and intense need to feel in control of herself. HIV strikes fear into the hearts of most people because it signals death. She also has a horror of all the cocktails given for HIV. It seemed apparent that the neighbor's bizarre behavior was related to the meds she had been on. All I can elicit from her, though, is that it "pushed all her buttons." She then talked about how she does not get involved with her neighbors at all, but this time she did and look what it got her. But she didnt just help casually. She got in there and personally cleaned up vomit on the floor, on the neighbor and the neighbor's bed. That was pretty involved and personal, I would think. So, it tells me that she has lots of sympathy for others, as well as a take charge (controlling?) tendency. Would you agree? This behavior is typical in her family relationships. So even tho she felt so abandonned and abusesd by her parents, she was the one who became executrix of the estate when they died, by their will. Going back to the terror, I can only note that it stems from her childhood isolation and abandonment when she felt no support and life was just too scarey. As most children growing up in such conditions, she learned to be the parent in order to have some sense of control, but this was only the compensated layer.
Arnica and triflora: she uses both topically when the pain becomes dibilitating and keeps her awake at night. If the topical doesn't work, she resorts to Arnica internally, 200c. It seems to reduce the pain for her.
The trembling of the lip was clearly a response to the tarentula.
The vaginal outbreak is not new. She previously reported some outbreaks lower down the vaginal area, closer to the urethra. This outbreak was near the top of lips, at the vaginal hairline.
The rash is not new. I forget how long ago it began. It has been about 2 months since she first reported it to me. I will have to question her about it again.
