Hi,
Does "SULFA" medication contain (or is it in itself) SULFUR?
If a patient is warned not to use SULFA medication -- should he also not use low potencies (6x) Sulfur or sulfur compounds like Natrum-sul?
Thanks
Rafy

Hi,
I would not hesitate to give potencies higher than 6x, with lower ones I do not know.

I’ve never had any problems in this regard – i.e., patients sensitive to sulfa-type antibiotics, who may require the homeopathic remedy Sulphur do not react negatively to the remedy. Rosemary

It contains sulphur, as does penicillin. You give sulphur if it is indicated, in which case the "sulphur allergy" is merely a confirmer. You must still base your remedy on presenting symptoms.

Paul
