Hi List Member,
Does anyone know which acid exactly is formed in the Muscles when they are over-exerted and makes them painful?
Is it Lactic acid or Sarcolactic acid?
Can this substance (in potency) help patients with chronic painful muscles ?
Thanks
Rafy

I have had sarcolactic acid work successfully for athletes who take it before their exercise that normally causes lactic acid pain. It also worked for an elderly golfer with this problem.
