puffy feet

hi can anyone help my left foot has become very puffy since i wore a
pair of boots that were a bit tight its very tender along the top of
the foot and puffy is it water retention do you think should i take a
tissue salt to releive the puffiness its been like it a few weeks
now.regards carole

If puffy and a bit purple and better with elevation, Perhaps Vipera.
All the modalities and state should be taken and considered . I do not think this rubric any where near complete. , Jean

It could be water retention/imbalance.
NS 6 will sure help.
Also take Apple Cider Vinegar,
it is a natural diuretic.
Increases urine output & urine flow.
When you are going out, avoid taking it ,
you may be searching for loo if you take it.
