Oxford University Press publishes new book on Integrative Oncology (cancer treatment)

on treating people with cancer. The book is called INTEGRATIVE ONCOLOGY,
edited by Andrew Weil, MD (America's leading MD interested in natural
medicine) and Donald Abrams, MD (head of oncology at San Francisco General
Hospital).
homeopathy and cancer with Iris Belll, MD, PhD (a homeopath who is the head
of research for the Program in Integrative Medicine at the University of
Arizona, the program headed by dr. Weil), Menachem Oberbaum, MD (an Israeli
homeopath), and Shephard Roee Singer, MD (another Israeli homeopath).
hardback, and yet, impressively enough, this book costs only $35.00 (please
note that this book will not be available from other sources until March,
2009). I was able to get some advance copies because I am a co-author.
Its only limitation is that it is full of descriptions of and references to
formal research. Because research on treating people with cancer is usually
very expensive, the amount of research on each natural treatment is somewhat
limited.
