What remedies would come to mind for someone who is living through her kids.
She separated with a boyfriend of a couple of years because she said that the kids had been playing up and she can see why her husband left her. The kids are the most important thing in her life and she does everything for them to the extent that she lets the 6 yr old sleep in her bed with her. She is quite happy when they go to her ex husband for the weekend though. She says she enjoys the peace and quiet but now has 2 dogs to take for walks. She reckons when it is just her and the kids they know their boundaries but when there is someone else around it is more difficult to get them to do as they should. "I try to simplify my life so I can cope with it." She is on antidepressants and wants to stay on them.

she sounds like she is dominated by the kids who act up in jealousy when
they have competition. so the thought of ailments from domination comes to mind.
she gives in to the kids who dominate her life. without the competition the kids
behave and her she doesn't have to mediate between 2 opposing interests.
just a thought to tickle the gray matter

I do like your analysis as that really describes the remedy I gave her!!! I first saw her in 2002 and then regularly for 3 years but hadn't seen her as a patient (only with her kids) since 2005. I don't want to tell the Rx just yet because I want to see if anyone else has suggestions of Rx I haven't thought about.
I seriously think that the anti depressant she is on has suppressed a lot of her stuff that used to be there; the fastidiousness in the house, the list making and theorising. She did best on Chocolate and Kali Carb.

How about repeating Carc and see what happens. Lack of self rx bring,
puls, Muriatic acid, staph. Looking at satalites of Carc - Sepia she
likes to be alone for the peace but she still has to mind the dogs
